Buy CH-105 / AZU-105: battery charge and choice of input power supply

To order the CH-105, start with the battery and the network on which the charger runs. The full designation defines the input configuration: CH-105 / AZU-105 and the version "-24" have different characteristics. The quotation must match the device, the battery and the required set.

Why the suffix "-24" should not be missed

The usual AZU-105 input is designed for alternating current 110 or 220 V configuration. The AZU-105-24 has a direct current input of 24 V. This difference refers to the charging network, not just the battery voltage label.

When ordering again, rewrite the marking in full and attach a photo of the nameplate. A similar building does not determine the entrance. If the previous device is unknown, the application must specify the actual network and the requirements for the battery to be charged.

The basis is the manual version 3.0, the table of characteristics. The range of the device does not mean that any battery can be charged with arbitrary settings. Allowable parameters and charge mode are agreed upon according to the battery documentation and the selected configuration.

Batteries are required before quotation

Specify the battery type, full designation, rated voltage, capacity and organization of the battery group. Attach a passport or a photograph of the marking. If the equipment is connected at the same time, add its composition and operating modes.

Separately tell if only the charger or the entire backup kit changes. Buying a new device and replacing batteries are different lines of purchase. The possibility of using an existing battery is checked by its parameters and condition, and not by one capacity in ampere hours.

Panel, sensor and alarm are in the agreed composition

In the manual, additional devices are separated from the basic product. If you need a remote control panel, temperature sensor or external alert, list them in the request. The presence of a function in the documentation does not confirm that the relevant accessory is included in each delivery.

To replace, save the designations of the additional devices already used. This helps to coordinate the kit and detect individual positions that can not be selected only from the photo of the charging case.

What is different from power supply?

AZU-105 serves the charge task of the battery. BP-103-20 refers to the power supply sources of equipment and does not charge the battery. The choice begins with the desired function: power supply of consumers, charge, redundancy or a combination of tasks according to the agreed scheme.

If a new workplace is required, divide the charger, batteries, power supply and equipment in the statement. If one item is replaced, specify which other devices are retained. Such a request is more accurate than the general "need a block of 24 V".
