Count individual consumers
The satellite station has multiple consumers, and the total diameter of the antenna does not determine their power supply. The list includes a modem, transmitting and receiving tract, heating system and equipment of a local workplace. Each needs a specific configuration setting.
Do not assign voltage and power source on the photo block. Full device designations and passport data allow you to consider a compatible composition, rather than assemble a set of externally suitable connectors.
Heating is not lost in the estimate
The ground set of 1.8 m provides heating antenna system. Its power supply and management must be considered together with the installation conditions. This is an independent part of the project, which can not be considered an insignificant appendix to the modem.
The quotation specifies which heating elements, cables and accessories are included in the supply. The word Kathrein in a system does not mean that any installed reflector or each component is manufactured by that manufacturer.
Reservations discussed by the regime
If you need to work during the interruption of the main power supply, first determine the composition of the stored loads and the required time. Separately decide which functions should continue. The choice of batteries and sources is carried out according to the agreed parameters, not according to the universal recommendation for all VSATs.
Existing backup power supply needs to be described: models, available outputs and connected consumers. Its presence at the facility does not confirm the willingness to accept additional equipment without calculation.
Separate equipment and services
The station set and power supply are made up of understandable positions. Installation, configuration and regular communication service are agreed separately. The specified price of the equipment does not replace the tariff and does not guarantee the completed power supply project.
To calculate, send a load sheet, exact models, site conditions, city and details. If the task is only to replace one element, note what you need to save. This will help you get a quotation on your composition without needing a full replacement.
